Rain, Rain, Go Away

       Once again, the day started with class at 8:30. Today’s topic: Malaria. So far we haven’t seen much biochem. Again, I got by without doing my homework. I think everyone is beginning to catch on that we really don’t need to do it. However, I was really struggling to stay awake in class. It was one of those days where you are constantly readjusting your position in your seat to force yourself to stay awake. When we got out of class Amy and I immediately went to our room and slept for 2 hours. Fortunately, we had our yummy left overs from dinner the night before for lunch so we didn't have to make an extra trip down the hill.

         The weather today has been not so pretty which definitely put a damper, literally, on things. Everyone was just cooped up in the dorm all day. And of course, when Amy and I decided to go down into town for dinner, it started pouring. My meal was once again amazing, making it well worth the walk in the rain. We both had this blueberry pasta with pine nuts. Sounds interesting, but really yummy :).
